CANCEL
If you need to cancel or make a change, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the service payment total.

NO-SHOW

If you completely miss your appointment, you will be charged 80% of your book service. Appointments canceled within 30 minutes of the appointment start time, the appointment start time, or anything after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show.

​

GRACE PERIOD

If you are running more than 15 min late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or are not available to let your artist into the agreed-upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.

​

TAN LINES
Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointments. No exceptions.

 

AFTER HOURS
Any services booked after hours, Monday - Thursday, will be subject to an additional $15 fee. Any services booked after hours, Friday - Sunday, will be subject to an additional $20 fee.

 

REFUNDS

All single tans, memberships, and retail items purchases are non-refundable.

 

BOOKINGS

All studio bookings must be made online. We do not take studio bookings over the phone, via text, or social media.
